Designed for those cases in which the control unit has already been remapped but the original turbo becomes unreliable, by installing a larger impeller, the operating revolutions are reduced and therefore the risk of overspeed, one of the main causes of breakage of a turbocharger when performing elaborations only at the level of the control unit without adjusting the turbo.

The most requested of the three versions thanks to its versatility to any driving style, good reactivity already at low levels, without departing so much from the turbo of the original turbo, offering always increasing power at all engine speeds. The most performing of the three, in effect a larger turbo designed and studied to express the maximum starting from the original turbo, the increase carried out by the compressor to the turbine creates a flow without back pressure and without temperature increases on both the exhaust and intake side of the engine this allows to reach unthinkable powers for an original turbo, moreover with great study on test benches and cars we were able to create a design of the impellers that would give us all the power we had set for ourselves but without having a too slow response (turbolag) but a good reactivity already from 2900 rpm onwards.

What is Avional?
The A2000, (trade name Avional), is a high-strength aluminum, or aerospace material with a light specific weight, you have absolute certainty of the mechanical properties of this material. The main alloying element is Copper, in some alloys there are additions of magnesium and manganese. These alloys undergo mechanical processes that eliminate those oxidation defects (mostly silicone) and guarantee the granular structure of the alloy, improving the properties of the material under stress, in fact, after heat treatment they develop mechanical characteristics comparable to those of carbon steels and improvements are also to be recorded in terms of duration. In other words, they are to be considered more resistant than traditional impellers.
Technical features
The MFS impellers are made on high-speed 5-axis CNC machining centers, speeds necessary to reach the high profile given by aerodynamic blades that guarantee high level mechanical performance. This also means that the geometry of the wheel is not subject to the tolerances of the mold and to the variability over time of the casting processes. Basically we are talking about zero compromises during the complex processing of the blades. In this process, the best and most modern technologies in terms of metrology and measurement are applied, in order to inspect the geometric thickness and tolerances required according to the requirements of the engineering specifications of a modern turbocharger.
